Auto Parts Aisle ships items via secured and tracked UPS or FedEx carrier. The majority of our products we present online are drop shipped directly from our manufacturers’ warehouses around the country. We also offer custom made to order products that require manufacturing time.
We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to specific states. Appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed for your review prior to checkout. Taxes displayed on the Checkout page may change if you decide to update your shipping address.
As soon as the order is placed, please allow 2-7 business days for delivery to your address. This is our estimates based on the past shipping historical data and 95% of the time the timeframes are accurate. Before you place your order, you’ll be able to review different shipping options. Please note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and any other US Territories, they might require extra shipping charges and extra time for delivery. The majority of our products ship directly from manufactures’ across US and the shipping method and delivery time may vary by item, especially for the custom made products.
**Please Note: Based on all these variables, we calculate the delivery time to your address utilizing the following formula: Delivery Time = Time to manufacture + Shipping time
Absolutely! During the purchase process and before you submit the order; you will have the opportunity to enter a different shipping address under 'Billing & Shipping Information' section.
Most of our products are qualified for free shipping, however, for those products that are not free shipping; you will be able to see the shipping cost. For users who are registering with Auto Parts Aisle for their first time, after the shipping address is entered into our system, we will display the shipping cost in your shopping cart before you finalize the purchase. Returning users will also be able to see their shipping costs in shopping cart.
**Please Note: The custom made to order products require manufacturing time and the shipping options will apply after the product is ready to be shipped.
We regret to say that at this time we are not able to ship to APO/FPO addresses. We are working towards and looking forward to providing this service to our valuable customers in a near future. We apologize for any inconveniences.
If for any reasons the package you received is damaged, please ensure that you conduct a meticulous inspection before you sign on recipient of the order. If any further damage is present that you feel may have impacted your item please do not accept the shipment and Do Not Sign the Delivery Receipt. Upon order rejection, we advice our customers to contact us immediately, so our returning department can process the claim form and place an order for a replacement for you. It is imperative to us that our customers are 100% satisfied and enjoy the shopping experience with Auto Parts Aisle.

Before you place your order, you’ll be able to review the shipping options. In the event that there is no expedited shipping method for this product you are purchasing, then you can certainly contact us. We’ll do anything in our power to find a solution for you. You will be contacted with the options. However, if your order is qualified for our expedited delivery method, it is not eligible for our free shipping.
As soon as we receive the Tracking #, we will email it to your email address that we have in your profile. You will be able to track your order through online services. Please note that sometimes the Tracking # is not available until the carrier has shipped the order.
Auto Parts Aisle is working directly with our business partners, manufacturers, and the products, whether they are in stock or custom made, may be shipped from different warehouse, at a different timeframe and in separate packages. We regret to mention that at this point we cannot guarantee that your items will arrive all together in one main box.
Auto Parts Aisle offers a discount shipping fees and free shipping on the majority of qualified products without any hidden charges. The shipping fees for products that are not qualified as ‘free shipping’ or eligible for ‘APA’s discounted rates’ are clearly listed next to every product in your shopping cart before you checkout and /or place the order. There are few factors that decide your shipping costs or delivery time, such as: your product’s size, weight, the delivery options, etc.
Auto Parts Aisle offers ‘Free Shipping’ policy to qualified products. You will be able to see the products that are eligible for our ‘Free Shipping’ in product page and also while you review shopping cart or checkout. The ‘Free Shipping’ products will be shipped via a standard ground and secured method.
**Please Note: the ‘Free Shipping’ is not applied to oversized items, truck or freight shipments. Auto Parts Aisle reserves the right to change and/or modify current policy to better reflect current ecommerce business standards.
In order to ensure that the order was delivered and for your security, it is required by our manufactures, that the package is signed upon recipient. You may also leave a note with your delivery instructions for the driver on your door; however, the delivery of your package is at drivers discretionary.
